Below are some of the programs we offer in this area:
Patient Care Operations. Specific focus on either patient care departments or on systems, processes, structures or models of care that enhance patient care across the organization. We strive to ensure the right person is doing the right work at the right time.
Departmental Improvements. The improvement of operations in one or more areas such as the Operating Room, Emergency Department, Medical Records, Materials Management, Pharmacy, etc.
Case Management. The restructuring of case management programs to achieve improved clinical and financial outcomes such as maximizing clinical documentation, case mix index and enhanced patient advocacy.
Utilization Management. Behavior changes on the part of physicians and clinicians to ensure that patients are receiving and utilizing resources appropriately. This results in improved LOS and cost per discharge.
Clinical Documentation. The adjustment of manual records and/or automated processes to ensure documentation time is minimized and the work of the clinicians and care of the patients is supported.
