
The Sullivan Lakier Group was created by the merger of Sullivan and Associates, Inc. and InnoVia Health, Inc. Sullivan and Associates, was founded in 1988 by Denis Sullivan, MHA. Denis and his firm earned a national reputation for their work in the areas of hospital turnarounds, productivity improvement, and cost reduction programs.
InnoVia Health, founded in 1995 by Nancy Lakier RN, MBA, pioneered redesigning operations in highly competitive markets. The firms' work achieved national attention as they established the basis for practice standardization, process cost reduction and improved quality outcomes. Prior to starting InnoVia Health, Nancy had served as Vice President of Patient Care Services at four major medical centers.
The merger of these two complementary firms has enabled the Sullivan Lakier Group to bridge the gap between Finance and Patient Care - to eliminate the conflict between Cost and Quality. In order to thrive, hospitals must now provide excellent patient care while maintaining a healthy bottom line. Helping each client achieve precisely that, is the goal of the Sullivan Lakier Group.
The Sullivan Lakier Group's sister company, Novia Solutions, was subsequently formed to provide complementary interim management solutions – providing expert staff to support a short or long-term vacancy of hospital management or administration positions.
